JeetKing platform — the system that protects your data

1. Who we are

JeetKing Game ("JeetKing", "we", "our") operates the website at jeetking.website and the JeetKing Android APP. We are the data controller for personal information we process about you when you register, sign in, deposit, play games, or contact our support team.

2. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

Account information — mobile number, password (stored as a one-way hash), country, currency, language, account creation date.
Activity information — game rounds played, bet amounts, wins and losses, deposit and withdrawal records, login times and approximate IP-derived location.
Support information — messages you send to support, screenshots you attach, channel of contact (live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, email).

We do not collect: your full name (unless required for KYC on a large withdrawal), your government ID (unless required for KYC), your email password, or any biometric data.

3. How we use your information

To create and operate your account.
To process deposits, payouts and bonus credits.
To prevent fraud, money laundering and account abuse.
To respond to your support requests.
To improve game performance and platform stability (aggregated, anonymised).
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to gaming operators.

4. How we protect your information

Encryption at rest — sensitive fields are encrypted in our database.
Password hashing — passwords are never stored as plain text. We use industry-standard salted hashing.
Access controls — staff access to your data is logged and limited to employees who need it for their role.
Security testing — our infrastructure undergoes regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

5. Sharing your information

We share your data only when necessary, only with trusted partners, and only with appropriate contractual protections. Specifically:

Payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks) — to process deposits and withdrawals.
Game studios (e.g. JILI, Spribe and similar) — to deliver games and synchronise wagering data.
SMS and OTP gateways — to deliver verification codes.
Regulatory bodies — only when required by law or by our gaming licence terms.

We do not sell your data to advertisers. We do not use your data for ad-tracking on third-party sites.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The JeetKing website uses essential cookies (to keep you signed in) and analytics cookies (to understand which pages and games are popular). You can disable cookies in your browser, but the platform may not function correctly without essential cookies.

7. Your rights

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements (typically 5 years for financial records).
Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent block on your account.
Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Data retention

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your account is active and for up to 5 years after closure to comply with anti-money-laundering and tax-record-keeping rules. Support messages are retained for 12 months.

9. International transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in countries other than India or Pakistan, including for back-up and disaster-recovery purposes. We use only providers with strong data-protection commitments.

10. Children

JeetKing is strictly for players aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover an account belongs to a minor, we close it and refund any deposits.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. We'll always update the "last updated" date at the top of the page and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by SMS to your registered mobile number.
