Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or play any game on JeetKing. You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal, and you are responsible for confirming local legality.

2. Account registration

• One account per person, household, IP address and device.
• You must provide accurate registration information including a valid mobile number you control.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. JeetKing is not liable for losses from unauthorised account access caused by your sharing credentials.
• Multiple accounts will be flagged, suspended, and any winnings forfeited.

3. Deposits

• Deposits are credited instantly via UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, bank transfer, Net Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash and select cryptocurrencies.
• JeetKing does not charge transaction fees. Third-party payment provider fees may apply in rare cases — these will be visible on the deposit screen.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be reversed.

4. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed automatically. Most complete in 5–30 minutes; a small percentage take up to 24 hours during high-volume windows.
• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment account in the same name as the JeetKing account.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals above an internal threshold or before a player's first withdrawal.
• You must wager any deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal — this is a standard anti-money-laundering control.

5. Bonuses

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and become withdrawable real money once wagered through the requirement listed in each bonus T&C.
• Standard wagering for the newcomer bonus is shown at activation. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering (slots typically 100%, table games 10–30%).
• Bonus abuse — for example by collusion, multi-accounting, or using strategies designed solely to clear bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.

6. Fair play

• All games run on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties.
• Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or any software that automates gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players (including in card games and tournaments) is strictly prohibited.
• JeetKing reserves the right to void rounds, withdraw winnings, and close accounts found to be in violation of fair-play rules.

7. Prohibited behaviour

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using JeetKing for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or terror financing.
• Attempting to access another player's account.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Harassment, abuse, or threats directed at other players or staff.

8. Intellectual property

The JeetKing brand, website design, APP design, game thumbnails, copy, and platform code are the intellectual property of JeetKing or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute platform content without explicit written permission.

9. Liability

JeetKing provides the platform "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform is limited to the value of your account balance at the time of the relevant event. We are not liable for losses caused by player error, network outages outside our control, or third-party payment failures.

10. Account closure

• By you — you may close your account at any time via support. Any positive real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
• By us — we may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. We may withhold funds reasonably believed to be associated with prohibited behaviour pending investigation.

11. Self-exclusion & responsible gaming

JeetKing supports responsible gaming. You can set deposit limits, session-time limits, loss caps, or self-exclude (temporary or permanent) from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Once self-excluded, you cannot reactivate your account during the exclusion period — even by request.

12. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute, please first contact support. If unresolved within 30 days, you may escalate via the dispute-resolution process specified by JeetKing's gaming licensor (details available on request via support@jeetking.website).

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes will be notified in-app or via SMS to your registered mobile number, with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on JeetKing's gaming licence. Any binding disputes will be resolved by the licensing authority's nominated dispute-resolution body.
